At SLAM, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your equipment doesn't meet your game-day standards, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on the court.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 3-5 business days, after which your refund will be processed or your new exchange items will be dispatched.
